Pursuant to Presidential Proclamation No. 682, signed by then President Corazon C. Aquino on January 28, 1991, the celebration of Civil Registration Month is observed every February of each year. Relevant to this, the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) – Rizal Provincial Statistical Office organized various activities with emphasis on the continuous improvement of Civil Registration and Vital Statistics (CRVS).
