2019 Civil Registration Month motorcade highlights celebration in Rizal

The Rizal Association of Civil Registrars, Inc. (RACIR) conducted a motorcade on February 7, 2019 to commemorate the celebration of the 2019 Civil Registration Month (CRM) in the province. RACIR President, Cainta Municipal Civil Registrar Rizalino P. Timbol, spearheaded the activity which traversed the main thoroughfares of the municipalities in Rizal. Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) extended support through the presence of Regional Director Charito C. Armonia, Rizal OIC Angelina D. Bautista and Provincial Statistics Officers Magdalena T. Serqueǹa and Lucia Iraida A. Soneja of Laguna and Cavite, respectively. The motorcade was aimed to give awareness to the people on the observance of CRM as per Presidential Proclamation No. 682, signed by then President Corazon C. Aquino on January 28, 1991. This year’s theme is “Inclusive and responsive CRVS: Working smarter through innovation”.
