RSC CALABARZON triumphs Best Regional Statistics Committee

Regional Statistics Committee (RSC) CALABARZON triumphed anew as Best RSC among the Regional Statistics Committees in the 17 regions of the country during the 7th Regional Statistics Committee Summit held last December 05, 2022 in Manila. The other regions who were also given awards were the Regional Statistics Committees of Cordillera and Administrative Region (CAR) and Davao Region both in second place, Eastern Visayas in third place and National Capital Region in fourth place. RSC CALABARZON was consistently the Best RSC since the first Best RSC Award was given in 2019, except in 2021 where it became 2nd placer. The Best RSC Award was established to recognize the RSC which consistently excels in the performance of its functions. It is given to encourage RSCs to be more active in their involvement in statistical policymaking, programming and advocacy at the local level. In her message, Dir. Charito C. Armonia of PSA CALABARZON recognized and expressed gratitude to the members of the RSC CALABARZON, headed by its Chairperson Dir. Luis G.
