The Philippine Statistics Authority, being the implementing agency in the registration and issuance of a single National ID for all Filipino citizens and resident aliens, launches several National ID services to promote ease of doing business with the public and private sectors and ensure inclusivity.

The registration to the National ID (NID) System is open to all Filipinos of all ages. Unregistered clients are advised to proceed to the National ID registration center or mobile registration and provide valid documentary requirement/s. Children aged 5 years old below must be accompanied by their NID-registered parent or guardian.

To complement the production and delivery of National ID cards, the issuance of National ID in paper form upon successful registration is immediately issued, as well as the generation of the Digital National ID to clients.

Meanwhile, the Updating and Correction Service enables NID-registered individuals to modify or correct their demographic information such as correction of name, birthdate, birthplace, address, blood type, gender, marital status and typographical errors in the NID card, subject to the presentation of valid supporting documents.

National ID registration centers also offer retrieval of Transaction Reference Number (TRN) to check the National ID application and National ID card delivery status as well as the assistance in the generation and downloading of Digital National ID using clients mobile phones/gadgets.
To ensure the authenticity of the National ID card in any format, PSA developed the eVerify (PhilSYs Check) application, wherein the public and the National ID relying parties may integrate it to their system for a more comprehensive verification process.

In addition, PSA is currently issuing the Return To Sender (RTS) National ID. This refers to the National ID cards that were not delivered by PHLPost due to unlocated /change of delivery address/ non-availability of recipients and/or deceased clients. Undelivered National ID cards can be claimed by the card holder at the Provincial Statistics Office, 3rd Floor Pacific Mall Lucena City, Quezon. All services are available form Monday to Friday, 8AM-5PM. For reference please find Quick links below. (VORabuel/PSA Quezon)
