PSA Batangas offered PhilSys Services during the 2023 TESDA National TechVoc Day, World Café of Opportunities The Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) Batangas collaborated with the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) and offered PhilSys services during the 2023 World Café of Opportunities held on 25 August 2023 at Regina R. Mandanas DREAM Zone, Capitol Compound, Batangas City. This event was organized by TESDA and was participated by different agencies including PSA Batangas, Public Employment Service Office (PESO) Batangas, Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) Batangas and other government agencies. The primary objective of the event was to operationalize the Job Linkaging and Networking Services (JoLiNS) of TESDA and at the same time bridge the gap between job seekers, particularly TVET graduates and alumni, and prospective employers. As part of the comprehensive approach to empowerment, PhilSys Batangas City was able to successfully register 13 individuals and issue 20 ePhilIDs, offering attendees access to digital copies of their national IDs. This achievement not only ensured efficient identification but also aligned with the event's broader theme of enhancing opportunities for individuals. (SGD) Raul Maximo B.
