PSA Batangas Conducts Distribution of Replacement of Defective PhilIDs in Different City/ Municipality in Batangas The Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) Batangas conducted the distribution of replacement of defective PhilIDs in the province of Batangas. PSA Batangas values the aim of Philippine Identification System (PhilSys) to establish a single national system for all citizens and resident aliens of the Republic of the Philippines. Through the replacement of their defective PhilIDs, they can continue to have the benefits of being registered. In the first roll-out of the replacement of the defective PhilIDs in Batangas, a total of 35 PhilIDs have been successfully distributed. Recipients of the replaced PhilIDs were from Batangas City (1), City of Lipa (1), City of Tanauan (1), Malvar (1), San Nicolas (1), Taysan (1), Padre Garcia (2), Rosario (5) San Jose (3), and San Juan (19). The turnover of the replacement IDs was headed by CSS Raul Maximo B. Tolentino and facilitated by Registration Center Supervisors (RCS) of the concerned cities and municipalities. The said activity took place from May 3-26, 2023. Registrants with peeled-off photo of their PhilIDs are encouraged to proceed and surrender their PhilID to the nearest PhilSys Registration Center or to Fixed Registration Centers (FRC) in Batangas Province located at Block E Citimart Caedo Plaza, Calicanto, Batangas City and Ground Flr.
