PSA Quezon employees performed the “duck, cover, and hold” during the conduct of 2023 1st quarter nationwide simultaneous earthquake drill today at 2:00 pm. As standard procedure, they went out of the building after several minutes through the emergency exit and proceeded to the designated open space area of the mall parking. Before the earthquake drill, Statistical Analyst Jayvee A. Salcedo and his colleagues reminded the participants about safety precautions such as wearing or using any hard object to cover the head from falling debris, being familiar with the location of the building's emergency exits, and performing the duck, cover, and hold exercise. PSA Quezon under the leadership of Provincial Statistics Officer Airene A. Pucyutan, strongly advocates for the safety of every employees in the agency.
