Orientation on the 2023 Community Based Monitoring System City/Municipal and Barangay Data Collection On May 2-3, 2023, training on the 2023 CBMS BPQ data collection was conducted in the Municipality of Taysan, Batangas. It was spearheaded by Hon. Grande P. Gutierrez, Municipal Mayor and organized by the Municipal Planning and Development Coordinator Engr. Bienvenido V. Breiz. Jr. The said activity was facilitated by the Batangas Provincial Statistical Office through SSS Elvin D. Arasula, SS II Rodolfo Vergara, ISA II Ritchie Javines and participated by the barangay captains and secretaries of the 20 barangays of Taysan and staff of the Municipal Planning and Development Office (MPDO). The Barangay Profile Questionnaire (CBMS Form 4) is designed to gather data on the characteristics of barangays such as the types of facilities present in the barangay. The CBMS Form 4 is administered through Computer-Assisted Web Interview (CAWI) and all barangays are requested to accomplish the questionaire. Meanwhile, CBMS Form 7 (Municipal/City LGU Data Sheet) collects information on the infrastructure and non-infrastructure government projects, specifically on the project name or title, budget Orientation on the 2023 Community Based Monitoring System City/Municipal and Barangay Data Collection 2 allocated/cost incurred, status and geographic location.
