NOTICE TO THE PUBLIC Registration to the Philippine Identification System (PhilSys) is NOT YET OPEN TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC. The pilot testing that started on September 2, 2019 is done to ensure that systems are functional, processes are efficient, and all information stored in the PhilSys are secure. This will only cover a minimal number of pre-determined DSWD beneficiaries and PSA employees. The official start of the mass registration shall be in mid-2020. This is to advise the public to refer to the PSA website (psa.gov.ph/philsys) and PhilSys Facebook page (Facebook.com/PSAPhilSysOfficial) for official announcements regarding the PhilSys implementation.
