This report summarizes the administrative data gathered from November 2021 documents submitted by the local civil registry offices of the thirteen municipalities and a city in the province of Rizal. The number of vital events in Rizal for the reference month reached 7,011. This represents 10.81% decrease from the 7,861 registered vital events from the previous month. The province generated the following statistics: four thousand eight hundred forty seven (4,847) for birth, six hundred thirty two (632) for marriage and one thousand five hundred thirty two (1,532) for death.
