This special release presents statistical data on deaths occurring for the month of September 2022 in the Province of Cavite. This publication shows the disaggregated data of deaths by sex and by registration status down to city/municipal level. It also presents the total registered deaths by place type and attendant-at-death. The civil registry documents transmitted by the Local Civil Registry Offices (LCROs) to Cavite Provincial Office for machine processing served as the source of data in preparation of this publication.   Deaths in Cavite Table 1 shows that there were 1,960 registered deaths in the Province of Cavite for the month of September 2022. Male and female deaths had a total of 1,096 and 864, respectively. Male deaths were higher by 232 compared to female deaths. Majority of the cities/municipalities recorded more male deaths than female deaths except for Amadeo, General Emilio Aguinaldo, City of Imus, Indang, and Rosario. The same number of male and female deaths were registered in Magallanes.   The City of Dasmariñas had the highest number of reported deaths with 354, followed by the City of Bacoor with 234, City of Imus with 218, Trece Martires City with 186, and City of General Trias with 154. Three (3) municipalities with less than 10 registered deaths were Magallanes with four (4), General Emilio Aguinaldo with eight (8) and Mendez with nine (9) registered deaths.     Table 2 shows that majority of the registered deaths were timely. Timely registered deaths of 1,936 were higher by 1,912 compared to late registered deaths of 24.   The highest late registered deaths came from the City of Dasmariñas with seven (7) late registered deaths. No late registered deaths were reported in Trece Martires City and in the municipalities of Alfonso, Amadeo, General Emilio Aguinaldo, Indang, Kawit, Magallanes, Maragondon, Naic, Noveleta, Rosario, Ternate and General Mariano Alvarez.     Figure 1 shows that among the place types of death, Home was the most common with 1,232 deaths of which 667 were males and 565 were females. Hospital had a total of 727 deaths of which 429 were males and 298 were females. The total registered deaths at home were higher by 505 than the total registered deaths in hospital. The remaining one (1) female death occurred in places other than hospital and home.     Figure 2 shows that among the attendants-at-death, None / no attendant had the highest with 934, followed by Hospital Authority and Private Physician with 452 and 270, respectively. Public Health Officer had 292 reported deaths, while Others reported the least with 12 deaths.     Summary Total registered deaths for the month of September 2022 in the Province of Cavite amounted to 1,960. Male deaths outnumbered female deaths by 232. The highest registered deaths of 354 had been recorded in the City of Dasmariñas and the least registered deaths of only four (4) were recorded in Magallanes. Timely registered deaths were higher by 1,912 compared to late registered deaths. One (1) city and 12 municipalities had no late registered deaths. Most deaths occurred at home and were attended by None.

There were 698 marriages registered in Quezon in February 2024. It recorded a decrease of 2.92 percent from the previous month’s total of 719.

There were 1,198 registered deaths in Quezon in February 2024. It recorded a decrease of 22.4 percent from the previous month’s figure of 1,543.
