2023 Community-Based Monitoring System 4th Level Training on Household Profile Questionnaire (HPQ) in Balayan, Batangas Municipal Mayor Honorable Emmanuel Salvador P. Fronda II, Batangas Provincial Statistical Office staffs headed by CSS Raul Maximo Tolentino, MPDC staffs headed by EnP Minerva A. Codizal and participants. Household Profile Questionnaire (HPQ) data collection training of 2023 Community-Based Monitoring System was held at Balayan Government Center, Balayan, Batangas last September 4-11, 2023 with the Batangas Provincial Statistical Office staffs headed by CSS Raul Maximo Tolentino with SSS Elvin D. Arasula, SSS Rodolfo Vergara, SSII Maria Ramirez, SA Melchor Kasilag, SA Mellicent Macatangay and ISA II Ritchie O. Javines. This was also participated by MPDC staff of Municipality of Balayan headed by EnP Minerva A. Codizal, Department Heads and 142 participants. On the first day of training Batangas Statistical Office Staffs made a courtesy call to Honorable Mayor Emmanuel Salvador P. Fronda II. The eight days training was facilitated by Miss Angelica D. Bautista of MPDC staff and Councilor John Albert I. Mapalad. It was officially started with a prayer, singing of the National Anthem and the opening remarks of Mr. Gonzalo A. Baral, EnP a Municipal Administrator on behalf of Honorable Mayor Emmanuel Salvador P. Fronda II. The training focuses on how to filling out Form 2 wherein Form 2 is to aim to capture local-level key development indicators such as health, nutrition, housing, water and sanitation, basic education, income, employment and peace and order. Computer-Assisted Personal Interview (CAPI) system will be used in filling out the gathered data and must be completed prior to enumeration period. On our last day of training Municipal Planning and Development Coordinator invited League of Barangay Captains of Municipality of Balayan to endorse the assigned enumerators on their respective barangay.The training was successfully completed on September 11, 2023 and it was agreed that the official start of enumeration will be on September 14, 2023.
