PRESS RELEASE: PSA Quezon Receives Award in the 2023 Brigada Eskwela Kick Off Ceremony and Education Summit

The Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) Quezon received the “Trusted Partner Award” from the Department of Education- Lucena East II Elementary School. The award was given during the 2023 Brigada Eskwela Kick-Off Ceremony and Education Summit held on August 14, 2023 at Lucena East II Elementary School, Brgy. 7, Lucena City. PSA Quezon was selected as one of the awardees among the stakeholders for their involvement in the Brigada Eskwela in Lucena East II Elementary School during the school year 2022-2023. AAIII Christena Rose Angeluqe F. Salvacion and AAII Michael P. Unlayao received the award and was given the opportunity to speak in behalf of the PSA-Quezon. Moreover, awardees who were also recognized during the event came from different sectors such as government agencies, private institutions and organizations, Sangguniang Barangay and business entities. The involvement and great partnership of the parents, pupils, teachers and stakeholders is very evident in the present situation of Lucena East II Elementary School. “Walang mallit o malaking ambag pagdating sa bayanihan, lahat mahalaga, lahat importante at lahat pinahahalagahan”, Melanie Zabala, Master Teacher II said. Furthermore,Enelyn H. Bayani, Principal I of Lucena East II Elementary School has also given her State of the School Address, highlighting the accomplishments, activities and projects of their schools. She expressed her gratitude to all the awardees for their commitment . “We thank you for your continued support and your listening ear.
