On 25 April 2023, the Philippine Statistics Authority Laguna spearheaded an inauguration ceremony and blessing to mark the opening of the new San Pablo CRS Outlet. The event was attended by distinguished guests and was a momentous occasion for everyone involved. From left to right: Chief of Staff, Atty. Dennis Co, Unisys Client Executive, Felipe Sido, Chief Statistical Specialist, Magdalena T. Serqueña, Regional Director of RSSO IV-A, Charito C. Armonia, Executive Assistant, Tin Amante Picazo, Registration Officer IV, Betchewell Matienzo, led the ribbon-cutting for the opening of new San Pablo CRS Outlet   The inauguration ceremony was a celebration of new beginnings and a commitment to the future of the CRS Outlet. Regional Director of RSSO IV-A, Dir. Charito C. Armonia and Registration Officer IV of Civil Registration Service, Betchewell Matienzo, delivered an inspiring speech that touched on the importance of this moment and the opportunities that lie ahead for the outlet. They emphasized the need for innovation, creativity, and hard work as CRS Outlet embarks on a new journey.   Following the inauguration ceremony, a blessing was conducted by Parish Priest Rev. Rafael Malaborbor. The blessing was a moment of reflection and gratitude, as attendees expressed their thanks for the opportunity to be part of such an important event. The ceremony served as a reminder that this new beginning is not just a moment in time, but a journey of growth, development, and service to the community. “As we move forward, let us never forget the values that have brought us to this point: integrity, teamwork, and a relentless pursuit of excellence,” said Chief Statistical Specialist, Magdalena T. Serqueña. The new San Pablo CRS Outlet building is a two-storey facility that features the latest system of CRS-ITP2 along with other provinces in the Philippines. The outlet will cater to requests for birth certificate, marriage certificate, death certificate, CENOMAR, CENODEATH for the convenience of the public. The event was a momentous occasion for everyone involved, and a powerful reminder of the importance of community, collaboration, and service. As CRS Outlet begins this new era, we are committed to providing the best services to the public and working towards a better future for all.     MAGDALENA T.
