On February 10, 2023, the 3rd Regional CRVS (3RCRVS) Quiz Bee for Local Civil Registry Offices’ employees in CALABARZON was conducted at JET Hotel, Lipa City, Batangas. This activity is one of the highlights of the celebration of the 33rd Civil Registration Month, with the theme PSA @ 10: "Providing Efficient and Effective Civil Registration and Vital Statistics through Digital Transformation”. This competition aimed to raise awareness and improve the contestants’ understanding of the significance of not only Civil Registration and Vital Statistics, but also the PSA mandates such as statistics and the Philippine Identification System (PhilSys). It also includes situational questions on various queries and problems affecting the public in terms of obtaining civil registry documents. The following are the top three (3) contestants with the highest cumulative scores from Rounds 1, 2, and 3 who were declared winners: Champion: Karlo Marko B. Pareño of Antipolo City, Rizal 2nd Place: Neliza Ann B. Antenor of Batangas City,Batangas 3rd Place: Lizeth J.
