The headline inflation in Laguna slow down to 5.1 percent in December 2022 from 5.5 percent in November 2022. Moreover, this is higher than the recorded inflation rate in the same month of 2021 at 2.3 percent. The average inflation rate for the twelve months of the year stood at 4.0 percent. There were 1,198 registered deaths in Quezon in February 2024. It recorded a decrease of 22.4 percent from the previous month’s figure of 1,543.
