PSA Quezon in partnership with the Local Civil Registry Offices (LCROs) of Quezon kicks off the celebration of the 34th Civil Registration Month (CRM) with a motorcade on February 08, 2024. This year’s celebration is bannered with the theme, “CRVS: The Future of Seamless Services”.

CRM celebration gears towards raising   awareness on the importance of  civil registration and vital statistics. It also aims to encourage the Filipino people to register vital events and appreciate the legal and administrative value of civil registry documents and the statistics derived from them.

The motorcade was participated by the forty-one LCROs of Quezon province. It was also joined by DFA Lucena, Radyo Pilipinas, Pacific Mall and other government agencies in traversing the main roads within Lucena City.

The annual celebration of the Civil Registration Month (CRM) is pursuant to Proclamation No. 682 “ Declaring the Month of February of Every Year as Civil Registration Month signed by the then President  Corazon C. Aquino.
