Rizal PhilSys Team Conducts PhilSys Registration During the 2023 National Nutrition Month Celebration in Tanay, Rizal The Philippine Statistics Authority- Rizal joined the 2023 National Nutrition Month Celebration with the theme: “Healthy Diet, Gawing Affordable for All” at Sampaloc Gym, Barangay Sampaloc, Tanay, Rizal held last July 21, 2023. The said activity was initiated by LGU Tanay with full support and assistance of Mayor Lito A. Tanjuatco and Sangguniang Bayan members. It was attended by pupils of different Day Care Centers in Brgy. Sampaloc together with their parents. The celebration aims to promote the importance of healthy eating habits and creating healthier lifestyles. Moreover, the dance contest, best in costume, and slogan making contest served as highlight of the program. In addition, the PhilSys Tanay team conducted information dissemination on the said event. The Executive Order No. 162, Salient Provisions of RA 11055 or the “PhilSys Act” and the importance and benefits of having PhilID/National ID were discussed to the participants. To accommodate potential registrants in the event, PhilSys Tanay team opened a registration booth facilitated by Registration Kit Operators Ms. Rishiella Calanza and Mr. Alvin John Dizon, and Registration Center Supervisor Jona Dela Rosa.
