Number of Marriages… 
There were 455 marriages registered in Quezon in February 2025. It recorded a decrease of 25.9 percent from the previous month’s total of 614.  
The daily average of registered marriages during the month was 16, lower than the recorded daily average of 20 in January 2025.

Marriages by Place of Occurrence… 
Lucena City (64 or 14.1%) had the highest number of registered marriages, followed by Sariaya (46 or 10.1%) and Candelaria (29 or 6.4%). 
Buenavista with 26 or 5.7 percent and San Narciso with 23 or 5.1 percent recorded the next highest registered marriages. 
Around 53.7 percent of the 41 municipalities/cities in the province registered less than ten (10) marriage occurrences during the month. 
No marriage event was recorded in the island municipality of Alabat.

Marriages by Month… 
For the period of February 2024 to February 2025, July was the most favored month to marry, with a total of 854 marriages, or a daily average of 28 marriages. 
June had the next highest number of marriages with 801 or a daily average of 27. 
August recorded the least number of marriages with 321 or a daily average of 10.

Marriages by Nationality of Groom and Bride… 
About 98.0 percent of the grooms and all the brides were Filipinos in the registered marriages in February.  
There were nine (9) intermarriages between Filipino brides and grooms of foreign descent.
