Household population comprises 99.9 percent of the total population 1. As of 01 May 2020, municipality of Cuenca had a total population of 36,235 persons. Of this total, the household population comprised99.9 percent or 36,225 persons. This is 3.5 thousand higher than the 32,750 household population in 2015, and 5.0 thousand more than the 31,225 household population posted in 2010. 2. The total number of households in Cuenca reached 8,923 in 2020.This is higher by 1.7 thousand compared with the 7,213 households in 2015 and by 2.2 thousand compared with 6,736 households in 2010. 3. The average household size (AHS) in Cuenca decreased from 4.5 persons in 2015 to 4.1 persons in 2020. In 2010, there were 4.6 persons on average, per household.
