PSA CALABARZON Conducts PhilSys Information Awareness Campaign

On May 31, 2023, the Philippine Statistics Authority Regional Statistical Services Office (RSSO) IV-A conducted the 1st Supplier’s Forum and Information Caravan at Lima Park Hotel, Malvar, Batangas. One of the highlights of the activity was the conduct of Information Awareness Campaign for the Philippine Identification System (PhilSys). Participants were from the private sectors coming from the various suppliers in CALABARZON. The activity highlighted the benefits and advantages of using/accepting PhilID/ePhilID and the promotion of PhilSys Check as the offline authentication mechanism for the different formats of the PhilID. The topics were beneficial to the suppliers and establishment owners as it instills knowledge and awareness on PhilSys which can be of help to their business and future transactions. Indeed, PSA’s efforts and unwavering commitment towards upholding PhilSys’ objectives as well as in PhilSys Information Awareness Campaign was seen through this successful activity! (SGD.) CHARITO C.
