On April 04, 2024, PSA RSSO IV-A CALABARZON conducted their 2nd Suppliers’ Forum and Information Caravan at Solano Hotel, Lipa City, Batangas and was attended by the representatives from the different suppliers of IT equipment, goods, and services in CALABARZON as well as the selected personnel from the PSA field offices in the region.
This event aimed to serve as a venue to create partnership between PSA and its suppliers with mutual understanding and respect on each party’s rights and needs. In addition to the discussions related to the procurement processes of PSA, topics on the products and services such as PhilSys, Civil Registration, Vital Statistics, and Women & Men in CALABARZON were also presented.
During the open forum, which is the highlight of the activity, the suppliers were given the chance to raise their questions, concerns, and clarifications regarding the procurement process, the payment process, as well as their queries on PSA’s services such as Civil Registration and PhilSys which were diligently answered by the discussants.
At the end of the activity, the questions, concerns, and clarifications from each party were resolved and addressed.
