Household population comprises 99.8 percent of the total population 1. As of 01 May 2020, City of Tanauan had a total population of 193,936 persons. Of this total, the household population comprised 99.8 percent or 193,534 persons. This is 20.5 thousand higher than the 172,990 household population in 2015 and 41.3 thousand more than the 152,209 household population posted in 2010. 2. The total number of households in the City of Tanauan reached 46,680 in 2020. This is higher by 8.4 thousand compared with the 38,239 households in 2015 and by 15.4 thousand compared with 31,268 households in 2010. 3. The average household size (AHS) in the City of Tanauan decreased from 4.5 persons in 2015 to 4.1 persons in 2020. In 2010, there were 4.9 persons, on average, per household.
