The total inventory of Livestock and Poultry in the province of Rizal as of January 1, 2022 reached 2,423,830 heads, which was 17.64 percent or 519,027 heads lower than recorded as of January 1, 2021. In terms of population by sector, poultry had a higher contribution in the inventory with a total of 2,336,445 heads. The large number of poultry was attributed by layer chicken with a total of 1,400,000 heads. On the other hand, livestock inventory as of January 1, 2022 was posted at 87,385 heads
