The population of the Municipality of Mabini as of 01 May 2020 is 50,858 based on the 2020 Census of Population and Housing (2020 CPH). This accounts for about 1.75 percent of Batangas population in 2020. The 2020 population of the Municipality of Mabini is higher by 4,647 from the population of 46,211 in 2015, and 6,467 more than the population of 44,391 in 2010. Moreover, it is higher by 13,384 compared with the population of 37,474 in 2000. Among the thirty-four (34) barangays of the Municipality of Mabini, Solo had the biggest population in 2020 with 3,006 persons, followed by Bagalangit with 2,708 persons, Pulong Niogan with 2,424 persons, Gasang with 2,380 persons, and Sampaguita with 2,274 persons.
