    CSS Raul Maximo B. Tolentino together with SA-COSW Mitzi Grace D. Alcoran from PSA Central office, Provincial Focal Person of ULE SA Divina Gracia U. Fortus and hired personnel for the conduct of 2023 ULE/2022 CAF Non-Household field operation.   The Philippine Statistics Authority – Batangas Provincial Statistical Office conducted the 3rd Level Training on the 2023 Updating of the List of Establishment with 2022 CAF Non-Household Field Operation on April 24 – 29 2023 at Amalfi718 Hotel, Brgy. Sabang, Lipa City, Batangas. It was spearheaded by CSS Raul Maximo B. Tolentino and assisted by Provincial Focal Person SA Divina Gracia U. Fortus and Alternate Focal Person SA Jocelyn A. Garcia. A representative from the PSA Central OfficeNCS-SICD attended the said activity, SA-COSW Mitzi Grace D. Alcoran acted as the resource person. Two regular employees from PSA- Batangas also attended the training, SSII Lilian A. Gamboa and SA Ma. Cristina M. Montaña. In this regard, the total personnel hired for the operation was forty-two (42) Statistical Researchers and ten (10) Team supervisors. They play a vital role in the success and completeness of the updating and collection of CAF questionnaires. The training focuses on the concepts and definitions to be used in updating and listing. The six days training also tackled the proper field operation procedures and the process flow. Moreover, the ULE Mobile Application and QField were discussed in detail because it is the major data collection method for operation. The six days training were concluded on 29 April 2023, with the awarding of Certificate of Appreciation to Ms. Mitzi Grace D. Alcoran of the PSA Central Office and a closing message from SSII Lilian A. Gamboa. Final instructions and reminders were delivered by PFP SA Divina Gracia U. Fortus.
