13 November 2024 – Batangas City. PSA Batangas conducts a Dry Run f the Civil Registration System (CRS) Mobile Outlet at the PSA Batangas Pvincial Statistical Office. The dry run started around 10:00 AM and topped accepting requests at 4:00 PM. The CRS Mobile Outlet is esigned to provide timely issuance of civil registration documents, including birth, marriage, and death certificates. A dry run was done to test the equipment, software, and network systems of the Mobile Outlet as well as the familiarity, capability, and capacity of the PSA personnel. To ensure verything operates as expected. This trial will also evaluate the process flow for handling document requests, identify potential issues, and allow for adjustments before the full-scale launch of the service.

Civil Registration System (CRS) mobile outlet is a mobile service that provide access in securing civil registration documents directly in areas or LGUs far from Civil Registration Outlet. The service aims to improve accessibility in obtaining civil registration documentation. The Civil Registration System (CRS) Mobile Outlet will cover the Region – IVA CALABARZON.
