Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) Batangas, in collaboration with the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) 4Ps program, proudly offered PhilSys services during the 2024 Women’s Month Celebration in San Luis, Batangas. This initiative aimed to empower women through the provision of essential government services and support.
The event, held on March 27, 2024, marked a significant milestone in the efforts to extend vital services to the community, particularly to the beneficiaries of the DSWD 4Ps program. PSA Batangas accommodated 4Ps beneficiaries, ensuring their access to important services while they participated in the Women’s Month Celebration.
During the event, PSA Batangas facilitated the registration process for the Philippine Identification System (PhilSys). This initiative aimed to provide a secure and efficient identification system for all Filipinos, enabling them to access various government and private sector services seamlessly.
A total of 7 individuals were successfully registered for the national ID, issued 68 ePhilID and authenticated PhilIDs of 106 beneficiaries’ during the event, reaffirming their eligibility for essential government assistance programs. Through these efforts, PSA Batangas and DSWD 4Ps demonstrated their commitment to serving the community and empowering women by providing access to crucial government services.
