This report summarizes the data gathered from April 2021 documents submitted from the local civil registry offices of the thirteen municipalities and a city in the province of Rizal. The number of vital events in Rizal for reached 6,545 registered documents. This represents 12.07% increase from the 5,840 registered vital events from the previous month. The province generated the following statistics: three thousand five hundred eighty six (3,536) for birth, four hundred sixty two (462) for marriage and two thousand five hundred forty seven (2,547) for death.
