The Philippine Statistics Authority Quezon Provincial Statistical office continues its commitment and best effort to register the majority of Quezon province’s population in the National ID System by bringing the mobile registration through house-to-house registration approach. This initiative aims to ensure the inclusivity of all Filipino citizens to the National ID System.
House-to-house registration covers elderly clients, person with disability (PWD), children aged zero and above and other unregistered household members.
Prior to the conduct of onsite registration, potential clients were advised to prepare valid documentary requirements they need to present during the registration.
Considered as primary documentary requirements are Certificate of Live Birth, passport, UMID, driver’s license and/or other government issued IDs with full name, a front-facing photo, signature or thumb mark.
Registrants who successfully completed the registration were issued National ID in paper format (ePhilID) on the same day to immediately enjoy the benefits of having a National ID.
All formats of National ID can be utilized in claiming benefits for social protection programs of the government and other transactions from private institutions requiring proof of identity.
Along with the registration, other National ID services; were offered such as verification of the status of delivery of ID of previously registered clients, tracking of undelivered National ID cards and acceptance of requests for replacement of damaged/peeled off National ID card.
As of January 2025, there were 1,893,622 individuals in Quezon province who were successfully registered in National ID system.
