On November 8, 2024, the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) conducted a successful Systems Caravan at Tingloy Central School in Poblacion 14, Tingloy, Batangas. Beneficiaries from various barangays in the municipality gathered at the event to address questions regarding their 4Ps benefits and to complete National ID registration. This caravan is part of the ongoing collaboration between DSWD Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps) and the Philippine Identification System (PhilSys) to ensure accessible and convenient National ID registration for all beneficiaries.

The National ID registration team made a dedicated journey to Tingloy Island, where they registered a total of 93 individuals, 71 of whom were 4Ps beneficiaries. Additionally, 181 ePhilIDs—paper versions of the National ID—were issued on-site to further support beneficiaries. This process aligns with the Family Development Session (FDS) equivalency requirement, which mandates National ID registration for all household members to receive 4Ps benefits.

The DSWD Systems Caravan serves as a model for future collaboration across Batangas, with similar caravans and colocation activities planned in multiple municipalities and cities. Through these efforts, PhilSys Batangas and DSWD Pantawid demonstrate a shared commitment to empowering marginalized and underserved communities, ensuring that every eligible Filipino can access essential public services facilitated by the National ID system.
