We are happy to notify you that your Bid dated June 24, 2024 for execution of KNIT AND TUCK MERCHANDISING re: Procurement of Supplies for the 2024 Census of Population (POPCEN) and Community-Based Monitoring System (CBMS) Household Profile Questionnaire Data Collection under Public Bidding – LOT C for PSA Contract No. 2024-RBAC-001 is hereby accepted in the amount equivalent to TWO MILLION FOUR HUNDRED NINETY SEVEN THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED FOUR AND 64/100 PESOS ONLY (PHP 2,497,904.64).

Upon receipt of this notice, you are responsible for performing the delivery of goods under the terms and conditions of the Agreement and in accordance with the Implementation Schedule.
