Number of Marriages… 
 There were 474 marriages registered in Quezon in September 2024. It recorded an increase of 47.7 percent from the previous month’s total of 321.  
 The daily average of registered marriages during the month was 15, higher than the recorded daily average of 10 in August 2024.

Marriages by Place of Occurrence… 
 Sariaya (155 or 32.7%) had the highest number of registered marriages, followed by Pagbilao (34 or 7.2%) and Lucena City (31 or 6.5%). 
 Mauban with 29 or 6.1 percent, Lucban and City of Tayabas, both with 18 or 3.8 percent, recorded the next highest registered marriages. 
 Around 56.1 percent of the 41 municipalities/cities in the province registered less than ten (10) marriage occurrences during the month. 
 No marriage event was recorded in the municipalities of Alabat, Patnanungan, Pitogo and Quezon.

Marriages by Month… 
 For the period of September 2023 to September 2024, July was the most favored month to marry, with a total of 854 marriages, or a daily average of 28 marriages. 
 June had the next highest number of marriages with 801 or a daily average of 27. 
 August recorded the least number of marriages with 321 or a daily average of 10.

Marriages by Nationality of Groom and Bride… 
 About 99.4 percent of the grooms and 99.8 percent of the brides were Filipinos in the registered marriages in September.  
 There were three (3) intermarriages between Filipino brides and grooms of foreign descent and one (1) intermarriage between Filipino groom and bride of foreign descent.
