Number of Marriages… 
 There were 801 marriages registered in Quezon in June 2024. It recorded an increase of 19.9 percent from the previous month’s total of 668.  
 The daily average of registered marriages during the month was 27, higher than the recorded daily average of 22 in May 2024.

Marriages by Place of Occurrence… 
 Sariaya (83 or 10.4%) had the highest number of registered marriages, followed by Lucena City (82 or 10.2%) and General Nakar (59 or 7.4%). 
 City of Tayabas with 44 or 5.5 percent and Candelaria with 34 or 4.2 percent recorded the next highest registered marriages. 
 Around 36.6 percent of the 41 municipalities/cities in the province registered less than ten (10) marriage occurrences during the month.

Marriages by Month… 
 For the period of June 2023 to June 2024, July was the most favored month to marry, with a total of 933 marriages, or a daily average of 30 marriages. 
 June 2023 had the next highest number of marriages with 893 or a daily average of 30. 
 August recorded the least number of marriages with 477 or a daily average of 15.

Marriages by Nationality of Groom and Bride… 
 About 99.0 percent of the grooms and 99.9 percent of the brides were Filipinos in the registered marriages in June.  
 There were eight (8) intermarriages between Filipino brides and grooms of foreign descent and one (1) intermarriage between Filipino groom and bride of foreign descent.
