The population of the Municipality of San Luis as of 01 May 2020 is 36,172 based on the 2020 Census of Population and Housing (2020 CPH). This accounts for about 1.24 percent of Batangas population in 2020. The 2020 population of the Municipality of San Luis is higher by 3,023 from the population of 33,149 in 2015, and 5,471 more than the population of 30,701 in 2010.
