This report summarizes the data gathered from March 2021 documents submitted from the local civil registry offices of the thirteen municipalities and a city in the province of Rizal. The number of vital events in Rizal for reached 5,840 registered documents. This represents 3.53% increase from the 5,641 registered vital events from the previous month. The province generated the following statistics: three thousand two hundred eighty one (3,281) for birth, seven hundred seventy seven (777) for marriage and one thousand seven hundred eighty two (1,782) for death.
