CALABARZON posts the fastest growth in Gross capital formation in 2019 In 2019, Gross capital formation in CALABARZON posted that highest growth of 21.3 percent. Household final consumption expenditure (HFCE) grew by 6.1 percent. Government final consumption expenditure (GFCE) posted a growth of 9.5 percent, slower than the 14.3 percent in 2018.   Gross fixed capital formation declined by 7.3 percent in 2019 from a double-digit growth recorded in 2018 at 11.3 percent. The Total exports of goods and services grew by 2.5 percent in 2019. Likewise, Total imports of goods and services increased by 10.4 percent.     Real per capita HFCE grew by 3.9 percent in 2019. The real per capita HFCE in the region was recorded at PhP 148,584 in 2019, higher than the national level which amounted to Php 130,743.
